Spring Retreat & Potluck Lunch
—March 29, 2025 (9am - 5pm)
—March 29, 2025 (9am - 5pm)
Come spend time with writerly friends at the lovely Tandem Farms. Say hello to both the resident and visiting ruminants. If you get tired of writing, there is a pond on site if you want to try your hand at fishing (bring your own equipment). Or just sit and enjoy the view.
Seating will be available both inside and outside of the historic 1860s home. A fire will be attended to, if you wish to cook some hotdogs or whatever you wish (the fire also has a grill available).
RSVP & Discussion: [Facebook event page coming soon!]
This casual day-long retreat is free for all of our CPWG participants to attend.
Location: Tandem Farms, 3630 Charlie Grissom Rd, Kittrell, NC 27544 (google map … or contact Todd, todd[at]toddwarner.io if you run into problems)
Early snacks: light snacks and coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water provided
Lunch: potluck hosted by CPWG volunteers (bring your own lunch if you have particular dietary needs)

9am: warm up, wind down, and centering ourselves with writer Kathryn Bundy
9:30am or so: the workshop
Important Notes
Promote yourself. If you have published books, feel free to bring them to display for sale!
Donations Welcome! There is no participation fee, but a donation jar will be present. Contributions go a long way toward covering expenses.
Allergies. The house is home to a dog (and two humans). And it is a historic home with associated dust. If you have severe allergies, we will do our best, but you are forewarned.
